You should insert a host name in the field “Local host name” and not an IP address. The best would be to use the reverse record of your IP address. In your case this is currently “ingertec.com.ar”.

The bounce message is generated by hmailserver. So outgoing traffic on port 25 seems not blocked for you. For a bounce message you don't need incoming port open.
