Even though there are ways to use Dynamic IP Addresses for your hMailServer, ISPs are tending to add all their Dynamic IP Addresses to Blacklist Data Bases which means Receiving Email Servers might check these Blacklist Data Bases and block your email that you send making it pretty much a necessity...

You should insert a host name in the field “Local host name” and not an IP address. The best would be to use the reverse record of your IP address. In your case this is currently “ingertec.com.ar”.

What does the diagnostics page look like? It’s strange that telnet isn’t working.

You’ve entered your own server in smtp relay settings. Delete this if you don’t need to use a relay server or input the right one.

You could do that. But your mails will definitely go to the spam folder of the recipients or don’t get accepted by the receiving mail servers. The bounce message is generated by hmailserver. So outgoing traffic on port 25 seems not blocked for you. For a bounce message you don't need incoming port open.

You have to request an unblocking at microsoft or ask amazon to do that for you.

You can't change the incoming port because the whole world uses port 25 for mailserver to mailserver communication. So your ISP is just blocking incoming request...
