For sending email, you should also provide SPF and DKIM records. This improves your reputation and lowers the chance for your emails to got to the spam folder. These records you also have to store in the nameserver of your domain name registrar. That's not going to help him when he's policy blocked...

You do not want to deliver mail from non-company addresses?
I think the easiest way is to require authentication for external to local addresses. Then all outside domains will be required to authenticate, and obviously, they will fail and bounce.

OK, I think I fixed that search-for-empty-folders issue. Look at function SubFoldersEmpty. Otherwise, I'm very confident in the message deleting.
