Hi this is varma,

I can able to send the mails to external mail accounts like Gmail, Yahoo etc. But All sending mails going through only one mail id which was configured in the Setting->Protocols->SMTP

At the time of account creation, External mail id and password is already given

Kindly help on this issue

For one your diags show hmail can't resolve domains which is bad. Is dns setup & working on your Windows?

Next your logs show that google wants you to login to send to them, as if they think they host for your sending (from) domain or something. Do they? They even give you a link to visit:

Third, why does it show the IP as 192.168.5.8 ??

hmailserver IP is 192.168.5.21 ; My proxy server IP is 192.168.5.8

Gmail SMTP configured in the proxy server on 464 port

If i configure my Gmail account in smtp settings its working fine. But All local to external mails going through configured mail id only.

I need to send the mails from different external accounts which were configured in the local mail accounts.

I think the issue is your use of a proxy server.
