New to the hosting thing and to this software.
Im looking for an alternative email server.
I have 4 domains binded to my static IP. How do I setup hmailserver for these?
I went through and added each domain and my personal accounts to test it out. Yet, for some reason, when I loggin with outlook, I cant access my accounts.
What am I doing wrong in the initial setting up of your email server?

How should we know what you have done wrong when you don't tell us what you have done?

You should at least give us the error message from outlook when asking such a question here.

Heres the error message I recieved from outlook:

There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'www.???.com', Server: 'www.???.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR invalid username/password', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

By any chance could I get a MORE detailed installation on how to set hmailserver up?

sounds like you used the worng username and password combination..

lets say you have a domain called mydomain.com

and you created a user called me@mydomain.com

the user name is "me@mydomain.com" without the quotes

Thats whats odd about this.
Y'see, I never changed or deleted those usernames & passwords in outlook from when I had the old email server running.
Its the same user/pass combo...No changes(except server app).

Doublecheck your password in outlook.
Also try restarting the mail server if you haven't already tried this...
Also check that you have enabled the account in the account settings...
