I am trying to send an email, and I keep getting the following message:

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Sent: Fri, 8 Oct 2010 11:43:52 -0400 (ada)
Subject: RE: Tracker drawings and shop visit

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

ned@tacoengineers.com
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (216.251.32.71) issued an error.
hMailServer sent: RCPT TO:<ned@tacoengineers.com>
Remote server replied: 550 5.7.1 <ned@tacoengineers.com>... H:RPBL
[216.128.11.30] Connection refused due to abuse. Please contact your E-mail
provider.

hMailServer"

I have changed the real recipient here for privacy reasons. Why does this message keep coming up? I have confirmed that the email address is correct. What should be done?

Yes, I read the error. That is the reason I posted the inquiry. There is no way to contact the hMail company directly, and I was directed to this forum instead, which is why I am here.

I don't know what "Due to abuse" means. There is no explanation. Do you know what it means? If so, I would really appreciate knowing how to get around this problem. Whatever the "abuse" is, it's not happening as a result of anything I have done. Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you check sender's domain in http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/rep_lookup

You hit some return path blacklist. Search for H:RPBL found https://www.senderscore.org/, but they allow only IP address lookups and your server's IP address is clean. You had huge fall of reputation in 2010-09-12, but reputation went up on 2010-09-15 and unchanged since then. Your server is listed as high volume mailer and senderscore.org says that you might be experiencing delivery problems, but I don't see any explanation why. Maybe registered senderscore.org users can see spam reports, but I don't want to put my contact information on senderscore.org.

This has nothing to do with hmailserver...
