I don't receive email from external account

Hi everyone again,
I have this little problem, I don't receive emails from external account.

If I check it into webmail I can see that there are more then 100 emails to download.
The log is :

Where am I doing wrong?

Which webmail are you using?
How does the webmail connect to your hMailserver?

My ISP (aruba.it) give us the possibility to view the emails by their contro panel / web-mail services. With this service we can read our mail from any computer without downloading in thunderbird.
This webmail is not connected with Hmailservice, it's totally indipendent.

Do you have any idea?

yes, I think it's their server.
This webmail is important for me because I can check if hmailserver send email and then if the mailreader or hmailserver receive it.
Now, I have 4 accounts into hmailserver. if I send and email from these emails it's all ok, but if I send and email from an external account to one of this, I can't receive (but I can see it in the webmail area).
Do you have any idea?

hello,
probably I was not able to explain what happens (sorry).
I have 4 accounts in hMailServer (info@company.com test@.. server@... assistant@...) and to test the system I have tried to send mail between them (it's all ok). If i send an email to these account from an external account like x@x.co they didn't receive it.
what is wrong?

You need to create an MX record.

That is like the phonebook entry on the internet so that other mailservers can find you.
There is a MX record for your domain, and it points to the four IP addresses listed above.
If these aren't all your IP addresses, then you need to contact your ISP

Hi,
My MX is what you've shown me 62... while on the machine running hms my ip is 192.168.0.23.
Should I change the ip address on the server to be the same of MX or should I ask to my ISP to change their IP address???????
Is there no other software solution that allows me to do it? Could be usefull associate no-ip.com DNS service to my domain?

I'm sorry but I trying to understand how to solve the problem. Inside the hmailserver administrator panel, I don't find where add Mx-records but only Mx-query (inside the utilities). If I insert an internal account in it (like info@...) I receive more ip addresses. should I use one of these? where?

MX records are added in your DNS server. I suggest you go lookup what MX records are and how they work.
