You should show all your Logs. Hard to tell what is happening without all the Logs.
But if when you are sending with your Client application the email never gets out of the Client Outbox that sounds like a problem with the Client not hMailServer as it sounds like the Client may not be connecting to hMailServer which can be a Client configuration problem. But we don't know how you have configured hMailServer either. If you went with the Default set up of hMailServer (except for adding a Domain and Email Account) on the surface the fault may be with the Client but can't tell that without seeing all the Logs so we can see if even a connection attempt was made.
The Logs you have shown so far would seem to indicate something connected to hMailServer and something was being Delivered somewhere but if your email never got out of what I am assuming is your Client Outbox then it is puzzling why anything is showing in your Logs. Your Logs make me think possibly your hMailServer received something but can't tell from where.
Also why are you using a Relay?

I'll try to collect more specifics logs. I use a relay due to my ISP blocking Port 25 and not being with the intent to open it.

Moving to next step.
-> Fixed sending [Client issue with Mail for Windows 10]
-> Not receiving external emails [also not receiving any error message back]
-> Internal emails delivered correctly to the INBOX
-> Using port 993 + SSL/TLS
-> Ports are open
- Please indicate relevant logs to attach.
- Common issues?

See my first Posting. Show all your Logs. That is make sure all the Logs are selected in hMailAdmin and post the Logs for time stamps when you are expecting to Receive the email you are testing.
This is a guess since I can't see your set up of everything but you may not be receiving External Emails because you may not be Forwarding your Ports on your Router Firewall correctly or not at all. Ports must be Forwarded in your Router Firewall as well as the Ports must be open for inbound on your Windows Operating System which is running hMailServer. If you are using the Default set up of hMailServer you should be able to receive External Email.
I am assuming you are using IMAP with Windows 10 Mail.

I thought you had to pay for that one.
Rainloop has a mobile interface built in. Its pretty cool. More updated UI than RC. Plus a couple of nice features like hmailserver com password change built in. You should give it a whirl if you haven't.
