In hMailserver you can only do external account download via POP3 In you particular case I would connect to these old accounts via IMAP with a mail client like thunderbird. I'm guessing that you've set a SMTP route or SMTP relayer
leaving both of these blank, and hMailserver will simply deliver the message (Although you will likely end up on spam lists within days unless you set your DNS records correctly with things like SPF and DKIM)

Actually, a forward in a rule takes EXACTLY 60 seconds for the forward to happen. This time is hard coded, and this is to stop hmailsever choking on badly formatted rules that create a loop.
