This is not a hMailServer Problem, its a MySQL Problem.

By the way, why dont you install MySQL on the NAS or a different Computer on your local Network?

You need allways a port 25 per Domain so hMailServer can exchange Emails with other SMTP Servers on the Internet. Port 587 or 465 is for Email Clients like Thunderbird only.

Autodiscover for MS-Outlook and Autoconfig for Thunderbird. Both needs to be setup by Webserver and/or DNS-Server entries.

Check your RAM Memory with Memtest86+

"Bad allocation" is a Memory Module Hardware Error.

It can occur but it only pop's up if the faulty Memory cell in you RAM Chip is accessed
by Windows.

There is no other Solution than replacing your faulty RAM Modules.

In your log, it clearly says "bad certificate".

Thats a Error message rooted in OpenSSL's
Security Library which is used by hMailServer to handle SSL-Stuff. It means it cannot load mod_md's LE renewed
SSL-Certificate because it seens to be corrupt or is formatted in a way OpenSSL doesn't understand.

Make sure PHP loaded the Microsoft COM
Extension by your php.ini and restart your IIS-Server.

Remove ";" before

extension=php_com_dotnet.dll
