Scripts once again overwritten in Utilities Dir v.5.6.6

Scripts once again overwritten in Utilities Dir v.5.6.6

Just confirmed the existing scripts are overwritten when reinstall with old (default) scripts in the Utilities dir. Was fixed in 5.6.5, but slipped in 5.6.6.
