global rule #1
if from contains user@domain.com
and X-hMailServer-LoopCount < 1
forward to mirror@domain.com

global rule #2
if recipientlist contains user@domain.com
and X-hMailServer-LoopCount < 1
forward to mirror@domain.com

and X-hMailServer-LoopCount < 1
Do you need a loop-count, when using recipient list?

I'm new to hmail. I do not understand your post Do you have any step-by-step how to make the zer rule? I need everything that happens in one email to duplicate in the other, including the items sent.

you may want to have a look at docs first:
https://www.hmailserver.com/documentati ... rence_rule
https://www.hmailserver.com/documentati ... s_examples
if still unclear let us know. HTH

There is also a mirror function that does EXACTLY what you are asking >> https://www.hmailserver.com/documentati ... nce_mirror

Please be aware that this may be ILLEGAL in some jurisdictions. Please check local laws before enabling.
Just 'cause I link to a page and say little else doesn't mean I am not being nice.
