Allmost on every Update this crapy Program is running with high CPU consumption four ours and periodically to gather "Experience Data" for Microsoft. You can kill it in task manager but its like a Zombie in a Steven King Novel and returns. In Taskplaner Microsoft Windows Experience blah you can disable it but it will be re-activated durning one of the next Systemupdates for sure.
