the oMessage function returns an empty html file when there are embedded inline graphic characters such as widgets and graphics between text in a footer line such as a user address or web site In reviewing past posts is seems that this problem was resolved and has resurfaced. I am running the latest version 5.6.6 B2383 though the problem also existed in 5.6.5 B2293. Any help here would be greatly appreciated as we have a collaboration application that ends up with empty communications as a result. The problem seems to be independent of the email client as an offending email forwarded from Gmail office 365, Thunderbird or Outlook all exhibit the same behavior.
