hmailserver.com website IP banning?

Weird thing happened just now. I could not connect to hmailserver.com - error timeout. OK, maybe the site is down temporarily. Try later, still the same. Then I had to connect to my VPN for work and hmailserver.com worked fine (including user login). Turned off VPN - timeout. Turned it back on - works fine.

I tried from my phone (wifi off) and no problem there either.

Is my IP banned? My user account is certainly NOT banned. Does this site even do IP banning?

Also, I did NSLOOKUP hmailserver.com while I was not connected to VPN and it returned

I think i had these timeouts yesterday or the day before for about a hour or so, not repeated since

Weird. Seems to be working now.

It was weird because it only didn't work on my router IP. VPN and mobile worked fine.
